School of Nursing Gwagwalada Admission Form Requirements.

To be eligible for the Basic Nursing programme, applicants must possess the following:

Entry Requirement: WAEC, GCE, NECO or NABTEB with Five (5) Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two sittings.

  • NABTEB result can only be combined with another NABTEB result.
  • Candidates with awaiting result are not eligible.
  • Candidates must not be less than 17 years at the time of purchase of this form.
  • Pregnant candidates and candidates below theage of 17 (seventeen) years are advised not to obtain the form.
  • The entrance examination is a Computer Based Test (CBT) hence, Candidates must be computer literate.
  • Payment and application are to be completed through this portal via remita. The School will not be held responsible for any financial transaction outside this platform.
  • The application fee of Five thousand two hundred (N5,200) should be paid via remita.
  • The Application is open for Basic Nursing Programme only
